I recently negotiated with a Builder to give my customer a great incentive.  The builder agreed to pay either 12 months of my customer's rent or 12 months of the first years mortgage to sell there new home to the customer.  This allowed my customer to complete their lease term and still take advantage of a wonderful new home price below current market value.   If you are looking for this type of negotiation on your behalf contact me.  My services will be paid for by the builder.  Most buyers do not understand that the Builder's site agent only represents the builder and does not look out for your interest in any way.
