Existing single family home sales fell 26% in Sept. compared to the same period in 2006.  according to the Florida Assoc. of REALTORS.  However, the good news is that median sales prices for September increased.  Jacksonville is the only area of the state to post a gain.  The increase was from $190,000.00 to $194,800.00
